3D Systems ProX 950
The advanced ProX 950 SLA 3D printer produces high quality, extra-large (up to 1500 mm long) plastic parts with accuracy and surface quality achievable only with Stereolithography technology. With the high capacity that this part production system offers, you can additively manufacture low to medium batches of smaller parts at a lower per-unit cost and build massive, highly detailed pieces faster.
Strong Large Parts in One Single Piece
Building large parts up 1500 mm in length in one piece increases part strength, as attachment points always present a weakness in a part. Building the part in one piece also frees additional resources that would be occupied with the assembly of the different segments. Use this feature to build prototype dashboards, middle consoles or stable and light extra-large QuickCast® metal casting patterns. The broad spectrum of Accura® SLA resins is developed for 3D Systems Stereolithography printers to generate the consistency and mechanical properties required for each customer application.
Integrated Printer, Material and Software Solution
The ProX 950 SLA 3D printer gives you one single point of contact for expert application support and daily use of our gold standard SLA technology. Offering a wide range of materials for application diversity, this printer is also highly efficient, with minimal waste and low total cost of ownership.
Your advanced additive manufacturing workflow begins with 3D Systems’ exclusive software for plastic printers to prepare, optimize and print 3D CAD data. 3D Sprint® delivers all the tools you need to quickly and efficiently go from design to high quality true to CAD printed parts without needing additional third-party software.
Reliable, From Micro To Macro
The ProX 950 can print extra-large parts or batches of highly detailed smaller parts—all at the same exceptional resolution and accuracy. Parts are accurate throughout the entire build platform, print after print, machine after machine. Our SLA printers have high uptime numbers, while 3D Connect™ Service provides a new level of management in 3D production. This secure cloud-based connection to 3D Systems service teams for proactive and preventative support enables better service, improves uptime and delivers production assurance for your system.

SLS – Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) materials are supplied in powdered forms. During the manufacturing process these powders are fused by a pulsed laser beam. This allows creation of durable parts with complicated geometries and can be used to obtain early prototypes, wind tunnel models or casting patterns.
Resulting parts have porous surfaces, but this can be fixed with finishing if needed. SLS is rather expensive, as it is necessary to maintain strict temperatures throughout fabrication phases. SLS is used for prototyping and small batch production of functional plastic parts with good mechanical properties.
